During the 2023‑24 season she appeared in every one of Madrid CFF’s 30 league matches, starting 28 of them. She contributed four goals and seven assists from midfield. Her consistent playing time underscored her importance to the Spanish side. Before moving to Spain, Melgård developed at Lyn in Norway, progressing through the club’s youth and reserve teams.
