Retirement, exit and Bundesliga loan: Immobile

Ciro Immobile, 36, announced his retirement after a half‑season with Paris FC, while Malik Tillman is set to leave Bayer Leverkusen and Thijs Dallinga moves on loan to the Bundesliga with FC Köln.

Immobile’s farewell

Paris FC posted a tribute on social media: "Bedankt voor je uitzonderlijke carrière, Ciro Immobile. Je bent een legende," the club wrote. Immobile spent the first half of last season in Ligue 1 after a stint at Bologna and previously served Lazio from 2016 to 2024. He earned 57 caps for Italy and was part of the squad that won the European Championship five years ago.

Tillman’s pending departure

Bayer Leverkusen are prepared to facilitate a transfer for 24‑year‑old American midfielder Malik Tillman. The German side bought him for roughly €35 million from PSV last year and his contract runs until mid‑2030. Tillman, who scored for the United States in the World Cup round of 16 against Bosnia and Herzegovina, may move on before the summer window closes.

Thijs Dallinga, the 26‑year‑old Dutch striker from Bologna, will join FC Köln on a loan that includes an €11 million purchase option. The move places him in the Bundesliga and could become permanent if Köln exercises the clause.

Other transfer headlines

The report also covered a cancelled move for PSV’er Couhaib Driouech to Rangers, while Cody Gakpo expressed openness to a switch to Spurs•. Ajax entered the race for Lutsharel Geertruida, and PSV is reluctant to let Ryan Flamingo leave for Benfica for less than €20 million. Additional moves mentioned include Fred’s free‑transfer return to Atlético Mineiro and Club Brugge’s solution for Ludovit Reis, who heads to Werder Bremen.

Further notes referenced clubs in La Liga and Al Qadsiah, highlighting the El league dynamics and the Lig competition. The article opened with the line "Givairo Read, Kasper Dolberg en Rodri", credited to AFP and Pim RasGivairo, and the tag Rodri.TransferTalk appeared. It also contained the fragments Bundesliga?Het and Google-favorietHet as part of the original formatting.
