Sunderland Target Osasuna Winger Victor Munoz

Sunderland have opened talks for Osasuna winger Victor Munoz. The Black Cats could face competition from Newcastle United and Real Madrid in the summer pursuit.

Munoz, 22, appeared in 36 matches for Osasuna last season, scoring seven goals and providing five assists across all competitions. His contract with the La Liga club runs until the summer of 2030.

Regis Le Bris, Sunderland head coach, notes Munoz can make dangerous runs on the flank and deliver decisive passes. The winger also possesses a long‑range shot and can operate as a striker or on the right side.

Le Bris will need to assess whether Munoz can adapt to the physical intensity of the Premier League. If he secures a regular place at the Stadium of Light, the Spanish player could add goals and assists for Sunderland over the long term.
